Call consent text
Shown, unchanged, next to the checkbox on every form connected to TradeSixty.
I agree that [Company] may call and text me at this number about my request, using an AI voice assistant, and that the call may be recorded. Message and data rates may apply. I can opt out at any time by saying so on the call or replying STOP.
What it means, in plain words
- Who calls: the company whose form you filled in, through TradeSixty.
- How: an AI voice assistant named Alex, which says so in its first sentence. A person may join or take over the call.
- About what: only the request you made. Nothing else, no marketing lists.
- Recording: the call is recorded and transcribed so the company can check what was said.
- Texts: you may get a text confirming your appointment, with a link to change it.
- When: within calling hours in your time zone (weekdays 9 am to 9 pm, weekends 10 am to 6 pm), and at most three attempts if you do not answer.
- Opting out: say so on the call, or reply STOP to a text. It takes effect immediately.
Why it is there
United States and Canadian rules treat an AI voice as an automated call, which needs your express consent first. The checkbox is that consent, and the text you agreed to is stored with your request, word for word, so there is never a question about what you were told.
